DDH Realty If you are hear you are most likely looking for a property manager, and if you are like me when I got started, you are trying to find something that makes one company stand out over another.

I believe there are three items that should be on top of an owners list: Price, Service and Accessibility.

Price is important for obvious reasons but I want to know what was not included, are there extra charges or hidden fees.

Service is just as important as price but what makes one company different than the other? What do I get for the price that is charged?

Accessibility is on the list because you most likely have another job and want to be able to contact your property manager other than normal business hours Monday thru Friday.

At DDH Realty, LLC my price is competitive. That means my price somewhere in the middle. There are no hidden fees. My only fee is a percent of the collected rent.

Service - all companies have a list of things they do but what else does DDH Realty, LLC do that that sets them apart. How about examples of what makes DDH different. I had a tenant call in to say they had no hot water and there was a thunder and lightning storm the night. My plumber said to me it is probably not broken, just press the reset button on the top element and it should be fine. So I got in my car and drove to the home to reset the element. He was right, problem solved and no cost to the owner. Or. Tenant called with a leaky kitchen faucet. I knew the home was older, the question was should I call the plumber (expensive) or handyman (half the price). I could not tell from my office so I drove to the house to find out, so I could choose the correct vendor, handyman, and save money for the owner. That is my definition of service, how about yours.

Accessibility - I give my owners my cell phone so they can call when they need to. We are all busy and sometime we forget things and that fine. Call or email me, I am here for you.
